Masak Lemak Cili Padi
Literally means cook with coconut milk with green chilies.Its a signature dish from Minang Cuisine. A fantastic food eat a warm rice for the lunch and dinner. The base of the food is coconut milk with "cili padi" also known as bird chilies, a fiery spicy among the chilies and the roasted meat that add the extraordinary to the taste. Apam Johol
Apam Johol is one of the famous traditional food in Johol, Negeri Sembilan. Before it known as "Apam Johol", the food known as "Apam Daun Rambai". Method to made this food is by mixing wheat floor, sugar, brown sugar and breadcrumb. It wrap in the rambai leaf to keep the aroma and give it look good. It's suitable to eat for hi-tea and as a dessert. Sometime people eat it with "rendang", "sambal tumis" and bean porridge.

Rendang Minang
Rendang is a spicy meat dish that are originated from Minangkabau. In Negeri Sembilan also famous with their Rendang Minang. A Culinary expert describe it as "Caramelized Beef Curry" because the method to prepare it. It will cook slowly to made the coconut milk to dry and look dark. Also rendang mostly take 8 hour to prepared so it cook occasional for Eid al-Fitr in malaysia. Rendang Minang mostly cook with Chicken, Beef, or Duck Meat. Its depend to the one who cooked it. Nasi Ulam
Nasi Ulam means Mixed Herbs Rice is one of the traditional food in Negeri Sembilan. It similar with Nasi Kerabu in Kelantan. It a steam rice mixed alot of herbs such as "pegaga", kaduk leaf, gajus stem,onions and many more. Kerisik (pounded roasted coconut) and more spices also added to the rice. A fermented durian with assorted herbs leaf is a traditional dish in Negeri Sembilan. The food is simple and easy to made.
